Why This Site & My Purpose
First, this site.
Recently I've gotten into retro gaming and have found some resources, and been fighting to find others.
So I decided that I would put forth a bit of effort to help others. That's where this site starts.
I've added links to other sites I think are important and will add products that gamers should be aware of, conventions and a few other things as this site takes on a life of it's own.

So listen. The design of the site.
It's very plain, yes, however, my goal is to have super valuable content.
My goal is to not have a lot of noise that other sites have... I want to have very clear concise content.
If you're coming here, I don't want to distract you. I want you to enjoy your stay / read / your whatever.
So my manta for here is "NO JUNK"
Why Kooshy Monster?
So when I was in college, while I was in college, I was in a fraternity.
In that fraternity, at the finish of rush week, when we were accepted into the fraternity, we each received a nickname.
Other's received names such as K9, Reflector, Bunny, etc
I was named "Koosh". Now over the many years since then, 1996 for reference, Koosh has morphed into Kooshy which has morphed into Kooshy Monster.
Now know you, and knowing is half the battle.

So, I'm a programmer in my daily life.
I'm also a gamer.
I want to help others find the resources they may be looking for as well as adding value to the culture.
